Why shouldn't Democrats just expand the Supreme Court when we win the election?

No one should care if Republicans think they can expand SCOTUS too. If we had a strong Supreme Court making sure states weren't gerrymandering or blocking minority voters, most Republicans wouldn't be elected in the first place.
