Deport Goku?

So Goku wasn't born on Earth he was smuggled away by his parents so that's makes him an Illegal Alien!  Shouldn't he get deported?

Deported to where?.... Dragonball Earth is so weird. You have a cat/dog for a president and a green alien as God. Goku fits right in.
