What's the best and quickest way to fall asleep?
So my sleep schedule is really messed up, I stay up til 4:00am, and I start a new job in a few days that requires me to wake up at 6:00am. I'd really like to be well rested before my first day. I already have a hard time sleeping the day before a new job, is there any way to fall asleep easy and quick that's totally without fail? Any help would be much appreciated.
