Can a community college deny you the right to return back to their college indefinitely?

I've been trying to get back for nearly 7 years and am not allowed on the campus. They're essentially discriminating me under the false guise that I'm mentally ill.

If I go on the campus I get arrested. Haven't been on the campus sense the suspension and a criteria for my return is a psyche valve and letter of recommendation, but have been lied to and discriminated in a way that means they're using the mental health system to oppress me. It is hard to go to another college out of county when you are poor. They are very cold hearted and cruel in relation to my return. They act as if my life is as worth much as an insect. Again very evil humans.

The reason I was suspended was I reacted to being mobbed on the campus.

They also reacted as if though I never reported being bullied and that I was somehow a disruption to the student body throughout the semester and my reaction was based of anger for no apparent reason. They're psychos. Anything I can do legally. They have caused me a lot of pain and suffering in relation to this.

Get that leaky "psyche valve" fixed and try conforming to their standard instead of going against the grain and being so confrontational about it all the time.

Why would anyone waste  7 years trying to get back into a community college.
Just go to another college.

Yes.

You can contact a lawyer who specializes in education law if you'd like, but it seems to me the time to appeal the suspension and terms of readmission would have been seven years ago, when it happened.

At this point, you'd be better served by just providing the psych evaluation and letter of recommendation.
