Question on term limits and electoral college?

Is it time that all members of congress had term limits? And, is it time to do away with the electoral college?

UPDATE: @Kieth says "Cal and NY would decide". Are there no GOP in those states? And, shouldn't the GOP work to give voters what they want?

I think it is time to do away with the electoral college. I think Congress should have term limits.
My thoughts are:
House of Representatives: Two terms of four years each.
Senate: Two terms of six years each.

Steve:    For The USA’s 2016 presidential election, HILLARY CLINTON won the national, popular vote.

Meanwhile, trump cheated for the votes for the Electoral College.   The republican party’s elites RIGGED the votes for the Electoral College!   (I have proof!)

traitor trump actually was an ILLEGITIMATE president!!

Nationwide popular vote for President, not by State.
Term limits? Definitely - Two terms for the House, maybe Three for the Senate. After 2 terms in the House, Representatives can run for Senate, but Senators cannot run for the House.

agree on the first question and a hard nay on the second. the electoral college gives all states weight. otherwise the only states that would need to vote would are NY, Cali, and Texas.

I would agree with both your changes.  Both require changes to the Constitution.  While we're at it, let's fix the 2nd Amendment, too.
