Is prison time an appropriate punishment for breaking Covid-19 travel restrictions?

This is why we still have surges, people don't take restrictions serious and then they whine like babies when restrictions are tightened even further. That shows you the Cayman Islands are serious.
To be clear, she did test negative upon her arrival. She did however break the 14 day quarantine after only 2 days to go watch her boyfriend in a skiing competition. Unfortunately people aren't serious about controlling Covid-19. What happens happens and I'll do what I want because we are free!!!!!!! Free to pass around a disease that has killed 300,000 people? That's idiocy and Blocking Back's one of the biggest idiots. It's for humanities safety you selfish *****.
