Making myself eat broccoli?

I friggan hate the stuff but I see on many workout diet plans it is the cornerstone veggie.    Aside from pouring dressing what makes it bearable without ruining the nutritional value of the meal?   What other veggies are comparable in value?

Spinach is probably the most nutrient-rich vegetable. It has everything a human needs other than B12 and Vitamin D. It's high in iron and contains protein/aminos which almost no vegetables do.

You can mix spinach into a salad. And while I don't necessarily recommend cooking it, it actually tastes really good with artichoke.

Try going for a different vegetable you're not obligated to eat something you don't want to. Arugula, spinach, spring mix etc. are also healthy. If you can pair that with something healthy you like then you would be good to go.

Never heard of that. Any green veg is good for you, try Kale it's full of iron.

Cabbage.  I dislike broccoli, to, but because of the texture, not the taste.  Try chopping  the florets into smaller bits.
