Making myself eat broccoli?
I friggan hate the stuff but I see on many workout diet plans it is the cornerstone veggie. Aside from pouring dressing what makes it bearable without ruining the nutritional value of the meal? What other veggies are comparable in value?

Spinach is probably the most nutrient-rich vegetable. It has everything a human needs other than B12 and Vitamin D. It's high in iron and contains protein/aminos which almost no vegetables do.
You can mix spinach into a salad. And while I don't necessarily recommend cooking it, it actually tastes really good with artichoke.

Try going for a different vegetable you're not obligated to eat something you don't want to. Arugula, spinach, spring mix etc. are also healthy. If you can pair that with something healthy you like then you would be good to go.

I wouldn't bother eating something I hate - but ways to make it more palatable is to fry it in butter, or saute it with olive oil and garlic. Adding some parmigiano reggiano is always good to.

Broccoli micro greens! They are much more healthier than their grown counterparts and you can grow them in a few days and put in your salad viola! I hate broccoli🤮, but these are easy to cover up with dressing and are so much better for you.

Cabbage. I dislike broccoli, to, but because of the texture, not the taste. Try chopping the florets into smaller bits.

Hate it? By sight, texture, or taste.
I too hated it by sight, until I "had" to eat it.
I found it a taste more like candy. Love it now.

Broccoli doesn't have any magic properties, so you don't have to eat it. Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, cabbage, boy cohoe, etc. are high in fiber and various vitamins and minerals and low in calories and carbs compared to other foods. This means that you can eat a lot of them, feel full, get essential nutrients, and not consume very many calories. People who are unwilling to eat any vegetables will have a much harder time losing weight and maintaining their health.
If you don't like broccoli, don't eat it. Try other vegetables. Try different preparations such as roasted.
