@Quanonymouse. Based upon your emotionally unhinged reaction and potty-mouthed close, I'd guess you're in the advanced stages of TDS.
But, to give you the benefit of the doubt, and because you don't write like a tongue-chewing babbling idiot, do you really think this woman was part of an organized plot to overthrow the government?
If so, you haven't been to many peaceful protest marches. Otherwise you'd know a bit about mob mentality.
I challenge you to look deeper and at who benefited the most from this angry rabble acting out. And look at what was prevented from happening, as far as Senators questioning the voting process and doing what the courts failed to do: review the complaints and evidence.
Why was this ALLOWED (prodded) to happen?
How many businesses were burned down and livelihoods destroyed?
Don't get all "attack on our sacred institution of Democracy" horse-hockey into the mix. That ship has sailed when the Democrats demonstrated that they'll only listen to those when there are low-informed voters votes at stake.
And take note of the percentage increase in "minorities" votes for the incumbent.
They are wising up, and, "we don't get fooled again!".

Crosby Still Nash and Young wrote and performed that immortal song whose lyrics you are desecrating as in response to a Republican President’s actions against anti-war protestors in the ‘60s. The president was Richard M. Nixon who was almost as corrupt as Trump, but 10 times more intelligent. CSN&Y were about as liberal and Democratic as you can get. That woman who got shot in DC shouldn’t have been committing a serious federal crime by breaking into our nation’s Capitol to try to obstruct the business of a democratically elected government for some deranged billionaire dictator wannabe and she wouldn’t have gotten shot. She should have known better. It was a selfish act for a selfish dictator wannabe president and she left loved ones behind.Even her mother-in-law couldn’t figure out what she was doing there. She was trying to overthrow a government that she supposedly signed up for the military in order to protect. She was part of an insurrection against a democratic (as in “democracy”) institution.
