Who gets to decide on matters of free speech?

Banning either is a violation of first amendment civil rights.

Who elected Twitter, Amazon, and Facebook executives to be the arbiter of what is "dangerous incitement"?
Sedition or free speech?
I had difficulty accepting that the burning of the flag was protected free speech,  but now that I understand why, this censorship of Trump and the 75million people  that voted for him, and the Swamp Monster's witch burning has got to stop.

@Troi, so, the Biden campaign received millions of dollars of value in campaign contributions, which they never reported, from the MSM and Social Media by their treatment of the Biden campaign's opponents and soon to be ex-president?
Difficult to prove in a court of law, but a preponderance of evidence exists,  nonetheless.

The first amendment means [THE GOVT.]
cannot silence you.
The owner of a PRIVATELY OWNED business can set policy FOR SAID BUSINESS anyway they choose.  I'm sure you've seen the signs that read "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone", same concept with Twitter and the others.  Their policy, which you agree to when you register, if it says violators will be suspended for blah ba blah and if you violate that policy they can shut down your account.  This is why trump COULD NOT silence detractors, because he WAS the government.
Twitter is a business.
Why is that such a difficult concept for trump supporters?

Ultimately the Supreme Court rules on that issue.
