The media yesterday, the celebrations they covered, manufactured last night. Was much much different then what happened when Trump was sworn in. This mornings news told me we rounded the corner on the virus, the drop in numbers the last 24 hours was remarkable. This is what we will see for the next two years. As more people lose their jobs, their homes. As more full time jobs are replaced with part time jobs. As millions join the ranks of the homeless and the poor, just as they did under Obama's policies. It will all be spun as sunshine and roses. The American population may have the attention span of a gnat, but I'm thinking they will remember their increased incomes under Trump.

No, every leader gets criticised, it goes with the job.
Trump used to run away if asked hard questions and tweet rude comments about the asker, normally every leader in a democracy gets regularly pummelled by the press but has the experience to shrug it off and get on with the job.
