the only ones I've eaten is black bear and squirrel (tastes like chicken to me). But bears are a different story. Since they are herbivores the taste of the meat can vary greatly. A bear that's been eating wild berries for a few months will have a sweeter taste to the meat. A bear that's been eating grass or other vegetation can have a gamey taste to it. Like I said there are tons of circumstances in their diet which can change the taste of the animal....Show more
