I did change the password and it’s kind of funny. It seems ok. I won’t put payment info in it nor have I yet.
I changed it and it says another location now. But yeah I guess I’m safe.

No It probably means someone is Hacking your Account and you may want to Change your Password

FB is using your public IP Address and when you trace the IP address it only goes back to your Internet Service providers location.

No, FB is not having issues with locating your
login. You ARE logged in from a different area
in your state, it is just that you yourself did not
do the logging in... someone else did.
