The liberal media published "Trump says virus will *miraculously go away."
Already you see it's not quite what he said. They left out the "in theory" and "I hope that's true".
Then when the number of cases increased from 11, people said he lied.
So if you hope for something, and it doesn't happen, then you lied.

Seriously, have you been asleep for the last four years? A better question would be what hasn't he lied about.
I know you don't really care but a quick web search will produce a list longer than what is probably permitted as an answer.
