Should People displaced and out of work because of Covid get more stimulus money from "essential workers" portion?

Is my idea good or bad? Please explain why or why not...No trolls, please.

I propose that people who were displaced and out of work because of Covid-19 should get more stimulus funds because they lost their jobs and had no income as a result of the restrictions. And those who were "essential" should not get anything because they were not affected and did not lose income.

The stimulus money is meant to be a stimulus to the economy.  It is expected people will spend money they would not otherwise have.  Note that Biden is not insisting his name be on the payments.
