Is it unfair or fair? Do they deserve it or not? What are they do differently?

In Capitalism, prices and wages are determined by supply-and-demand
There is nothing fair about it. People working an easy deskjob do not deserve more than those who risk their bacon doing dirty jobs at ungodly hours
