SO now unemployed people are getting 400 extra a week?

What happened to the 6 month period for unemployment? Now people are going on two years of this PLUS 600 extra a week and now 400 extra! Most people that are working dont even make that!

Why is america rewarding lazy people and punishing the working man making them pay for those who do not work to get all of this endless free wealth?

Scott do you have ANY idea how many people get job offers and say no to them because they make more money sitting at home now!! This is very bad and not fair to people that work that people at home get more money than those who work. and those who work are the ones paying for people to sit home!

Its the new america. And my neighbors kid said what a bad message this sends to young people. Sit on your duff and make more money than working.  People have been turning down jobs for  a year now as they get more money NOT working

This hurts an already bad economy!

Because there's still a deadly pandemic. I'd love to work. I can't because what I do still isn't safe, and my business has been shut down for a year. Without benefits, I'd be starving and on the streets. If you don't need the help, then great. But screw you for trying to suggest that people who really do need it shouldn't get it.
