OK, For get the term limits part of the question, How hard would it be for a minority party person to slip some in that the majority didn't know was inserted until after the bill became law?

The left some weeks ago made it so they only need 51 votes to pass whatever they come up with, in the senate. They already control the house. They need 0 republican votes for any of it and they now it. The actual hold up is that they don't have enough senate votes from their own party, to pass in the senate. There are actually some on the left saying this is way to much pork that is being attached.

NOBODY in Congress of any party will ever vote for that. It would be voting for the end of their political careers, and no matter how much Americans of every sort want term limits, it will not happen.
The Other One
Term limits would require a Constitutional amendment.
