I thought it was just about everyones least favorite Bond movie next to On Her Majesty's secret Service yet it's like $60 on Amazon. I found it for $14 on ebay, but still find it strange that it costs so much

This often happens to DVD/BluRay titles that go out of print in terms of new product.

Note that the actual seller isn't Amazon.
