Do I Have A Ear Infection?

About 2 months ago I bought these 14k solid Gold earrings. I then noticed I would 
I would feel pain but in the inside of my ear. I remember a few weeks back me going in my left ear to scratch deep inside... is it possible I irritated it? I have two very small bumps that recently appeared near my left ear.

The pain is in my left ear most of the time and will come and go. It is rarely in my right ear.About a year ago my doctor gave me this thing to use for my ears that clear ear wax’s. Could this finally be an issue?

Another possibility is that at work I use to be standing next to the radio and I would be playing it very loud...could that maybe an issue?

Radio, no. Ear wax cleaner?  No way to know. Scratching inside, maybe. A simple look see at a clinic would clear all this up fast, rather than speculation
