How can you get someone ineligible for social security disability income?

I know someone who got workers comp for an arm injury and also became eligible for social security disability somehow. Currently this person is not disabled in any way other than maybe an undiagnosed mental illness but other than that there's no physical disabilities may be a little bit of pain but this person has an arm injury yet goes and helps out at a restaurant using her arms to lift things as well as runs a photography business on the side holding up a camera. If your arm is hurting and you got workers comp and social security disability because of that and now you're fine shouldn't that make you ineligible? How do you get this person to be ineligible because they are sort of defrauding the system

There are people who are eligible for social security disability income because they have a traumatic brain injury.  Having what you perhaps see as "maybe an undiagnosed mental illness" may be, from a clinical perspective, as interfering with cognitive processes.

Your opinion does not hold as much sway as a psychologist hired by the government.  The psychologist hired by the government would only say the person is clinically eligible if they are clinically eligible.

Invisible disabilities are hard to understand.  Even parents and siblings of a person with an invisible disability can simply not understand.  Just so you know, given that you are not a psychologist.  Giving a person with an invisible disability grief is unnecessary and in many situations it is unkind.

If you strongly suspect someone is committing fraud then you could call your local social security office and voice your concerns. It's unlikely anything will be done, but you might get some personal satisfaction out of it.  If you are a taxpayer then fraud involving taxpayer money is your business.
