Is anyone else seeing the possibility of not getting the $1400 stimulus checks despite filing jointly but combined making under $75,000?

My wife and I combined make less than the cap for a single person qualifying for the stimulus money. A high percentage of my coworkers have gotten their money and we have not seen the deposit.  I am getting a message that either
1) “more information is needed” which seems impossible as nothing has changed since the other 2 rounds of direct deposits
Or
2) we are not eligible.

Wondering if anyone else is in this boat.
Thank you

We did file our 2020 taxes and have received our refund. Wondering if this might have crossed up or delayed our stimulus deposit.

We are seeing the same. A day or two ago, it also listed that it maybe wasn’t processed yet. Today, that has been removed and it only says
Payment status unavailable
1- need more info (were working on this)
2- not eligible

We are definitely eligible. Family of 5 well under the income cap of just a single person.

I’m not sure what to do here either!!! We received the first two without any issue.

After seeing your update...
We filed for 2020 and received our refund as well. It actually came through on 3/16, a day before the initial stimulus deposits were made. I was wondering the same thing- if it crossed somehow and delayed the stimulus. To my understanding, the payment status unavailable could mean that we are just part of later deposits. We have received the other two stimulus checks in the first round with the majority of the population- this time we weren’t so lucky.

The status for ours changed....it’s scheduled for a deposit. Hope yours is, too!
