It's fair to criticize anyone regardless of their race, so long as it is fair and constructive criticism. But it's not fair to be racist. And your strange idea that all whites are implicated in the slavery of black people when in reality most white people are not descendants of slave owners, is racist in and of itself. It is a hateful form of collective punishment that is akin to the Nazi era collective punishment of its enemies. So your "woke" idea is not in very good company.

The problem with letting wealthy people immigrate is they rarely got their money in their country via honest means, and get involved in various kinds of fraud as soon as they are here, especially medical fraud and pyramid schemes.
