Because dictator xi is more of a dictator than Putin.
Dictators are not elected by its people, for example dictator xi , instead a result of few VIPs balancing their respective interests behind the curtain or in a dark room.
And dictators are used to dictating to others what to do or not to do, which means they are not good at debating. So it is funny to see Joe Biden debate China dictator Xi.
Although Joe Biden is a stammer, and in his 80's, we are confident that he besting Xi is just a piece of cake.
