How long will it take for the body to fall asleep once I stop using my phone?
I am wanting to go to sleep at around 10PM but I can’t seem to sleep because of the blue light and the sex-drive keeping me awake. I work 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday between 7AM - and 3PM and the sleep debt seems to build up later on in the week because of the blue light and sex-drive keeping me awake.
I’m now starting an 8 hour shift with only 1 hour because of these 2 factors.
