Why do Jews use racism and nepotism to give their tribe an advantage here in America ?

Jews give favor to other Jews in the University admissions process making Jews the biggest beneficiaries of affirmative action.
Rich Jews give their money to Jewish organizations and Jewish charities and are cheap with their money when it comes to giving to other causes.
Why is this? Why are Jews so racist and ethnocentric?
