What do you call someone who blocks me for childish reasons and how do you deal with that?

So my fiance's sister-in-law and my future sister-in-law is wrong in many aspects on social media in the family and through the business. My fiance and I have tried to talk to her as well as my fiance tried to talk to his brother about her to no avail. Next I tried to talk directly to her and explain to her what she did wrong and that she needs to understand that she's not always right and she does wrong and if I tell you something you need to change it if it's wrong. She's having none of this she's under the impression that she's right and cannot be wrong. Another thing she did is I told her she's wrong and her response was talked to my husband and I said no the issue was you not your husband so I'm coming to you. She didn't want to hear anything of it so she blocked me and is probably going to block my fiance. How do you deal with this person? Also this person is 45 years old acting like a child like he's the queen and can do no wrong and has been messing up the family long before I've been there and  I can't stand it.

I will add an update because I cannot comment. Someone said talk to her husband. Why should I do that when she is the issue? Why talk to her husband about her when I can just talk to her ( the one causing the issues)?

I do not want to say exactly what she does wrong but if the entire family thinks she is wrong she is wrong. Also, there is no way to see her side of the story and see how she thinks because unless you see her side 100% and think like her you are wrong no matter if you did nothing or even did something right. She needs the last work and needs to be on top she in her head can do no wrong and believes she is doing what she is told to do when she clearly is not.

Also for everyone saying I am a know it all. let me explain she will disrespect her mother-in-law/apologize to her and then do something to hurt her again/MIL says stop&she will go I don't have to ******* stop I can do what I want. My fiance&his brother want their business run a certain way in-person/social media&she does things the brothers haven't agreed upon&thinks it is ok. She makes stupid mistakes&when told to correct it or do what  brothers agreed on she says she is doing what she is told

You could call her all kinds of childish names but you could think of those on your own and that's not why you posted this question. All you've said here is that a panoply of people have told her she's wrong and that's rarely the best way to approach someone (even if they are wrong). Without know what she's wrong about all anyone could really say is that someone probably needs to reach her on her own level. Try to see her side of things so she doesn't just shut you all down out of defensiveness. Then instead of using terms like "right" and "wrong" you define this as a difference opinion and then you can all agree to disagree without blocking each other and acting like middle schoolers.

It must be awesome knowing exactly what to do, all the time. Your fiance's sister in law must feel so blessed to know her brother is marrying someone who knows EVERYTHING.
No wonder she doesn't listen to you. You've stated "I tell you something you need to change it if it's wrong" and it sure seems like you a know-it-all.
Please tell me. Do you like bossy people? Do you enjoy being told what to do? Well she doesn't either.
