To me it'd be weirder than weird to ever eye a woman that a family member is involved with although I know that not everyone has a conscience.

One scenario to consider though would be her denying it and then him turning around and believing HER and then thinking you're just trying to cause trouble but in my humble opinion that nightmare scenario doesn't feel likely.

The other more nightmarish scenario would be her turning around and saying that you hit on her... and him believing her over you.

My first reaction (personally) would be to tell, though.

The linear sequence of events is him believing the truth teller (assuming that is you).

How he handles that from there is totally up to him. 

Ignore first offense chalk it to your sexy cologne, the long conversation full of laughter but if it happen again keep a distance no more visits. Do you want to break up a happy home or cause friction between you and bro?

Lets see, hurt the wife, hurt the brother, destroy your relationship with your brother and his wife.  Or forget it and accept that sometimes people do silly things.  What a difficult choice.

It may drive a wedge if you have a good relationship feel free to talk to him.

I would not.  It will only cause issues..but if it happened again.. grab her by the arm and say.. LOOK.. I am not interested and I will tell my brother.  But.. make daym sure that she is really hitting on you and you not reading something that is not there.

If you don't feel it's appropriate tell his wife, not your brother. Unless you want to start World War three.

Yes you should. Better that he knows the truth that his wife is a skank now than a few years later after he put even more into the marriage.
