The very fact that this person uses the term 'God' in his statement 'proves' he doesn't always call God - "Father".
In this statement he uses both the name 'God' and the title 'Father'.
This very statement proves his statement to be false, making it hypocritical.
Is it wrong to address God as 'Father'? No. I do it all the time.
But I also refer to him as: my God, the Most High, the Almighty, my Shepherd and many more titles depending upon the subject I am talking about or praying about.
One regular commenter stated 'God has 300 plus names'.
For example, most people when asked what is God's name, they will answer: "God".
If you believe God's name is 'God', then you are calling your Father by his name and not just by the title 'Father'.
Jehovah God is not 'just' our Father.
Jehovah is also our God, our statue giver.
Jehovah can also our Best Friend.
(James 2:23) “23 and the scripture was fulfilled that says: “Abraham put faith in Jehovah, and it was counted to him as righteousness,” and he came to be called Jehovah’s friend.”
As our God, he is rightly called God and by his personal name Jehovah.
As our Friend, he is rightly called by his personal name 'Jehovah'.
When someone asks you, 'What is your Father' name?' do you answer 'Father'?
When someone asks you, 'What is your God's name?' do you answer 'God'?
Or do you correctly answer 'Jehovah'!
Exo 3:15 And God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, Jehovah, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my name forever, and this is my memorial unto all generations.
Psalms 145:21 (ASV) My mouth shall speak the praise of Jehovah; And let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.
(MKJV) My mouth shall speak the praise of Jehovah; and let all flesh bless His holy name forever and ever.
(YLT) The praise of Jehovah my mouth speaketh, And all flesh doth bless His holy name, To the age and for ever!
