Realistically, am I allowed to learn English and its grammar on the count of me missing out on the indoctrination?

I am planning an on going to university in the future but I want to know if I will be allowed to learn ALL the things I was denied from learning about English in my school years. I want to know IOC I should even think about studying English and its grammar on the count of me missing out on my indoctrination in the first place.

Should I even think about studying English?

I don't understand most of what you ask and don't know what indoctrination has to do with you learning English. I must assume that someone else typed your question for you IF you don't understand English.

Are you wanting to learn the actual language or do you mean that you want to learn about English people and their way of life etc?  Make the question clear and you might receive some helpful answers.

There is nothing stopping you from learning English. Also your question is ridiculous.

We've seen this rant before.

There is nothing to prevent you from studying English grammar by yourself in as much detail as you want.

. . .  am I allowed to learn English and its grammar [on the count of] inspite of MY missing out on the indoctrination?
