Should I become a Private Investigator?

I'm 54, retired USAF (was a mechanic) and a former Private Security Officer for a medical clinic. All I need in Alaska to become one is a business license.  Do I sound like a good fit for this line of work?

I have also done plenty of computer research work over the years on various subjects and plan to educate myself on the different aspects of the job in the next few months.

If you've ever watched Cannon, he was around my age and overweight to boot. Barnaby Jones was even older. I'm certain there are quite a few reasons that I should pursue this career as it strikes me as interesting and rewarding.

Only you can answer this question.  The best way to find out if you're "cut out" for this is to take an online private investigation course.
