What is the difference between Dell home and business accounts?

When I got my first Dell laptop, it was purchased by the state, since they contract through them. I was to register the laptop under my name, and all of the contract agreements and warranty transferred. My account was automatically set up as a government account, and a year later changed to a business account. The service was always great, with someone coming to repair by the next day on site.

So all I've ever had is a Business account. What are the differences in these accounts?

I could go into a 3 paragraph answer but I'll keep it simple. Business account is more expensive. Dell will still treat you the same with a personal account. It's just that a business account is designed for multiple computers, servers, etc.. It's deals with PC issues on a large scale where as a personal acct is designed to meet the needs of a personal user. I'm sure you don't have 100 Dell computers, 100 monitors, 20 Dell Servers and.....Hope this helps
