Is being too heavy make it hard to get into shape?
I’m 21 and I’m 104 kg. I’m not fat or anything just heavy and no matter how often and hard I exercise I can never get into shape. I’ve gained about 10 kilos after starting antidepressants and I don’t think I’ll go off them for now. Is being heavy make it hard to get fit. Should I go on a strict diet. I really want to be able go for a run.
