Do provider men like workhorse women for their home and kids?

I want to be a stay at home mom and wife and do work in the home like raising kids 24 7. That being said...
Do men like a workhorse woman? I have a retail job now and dont get paid much. But i am very hard working. I feel like i have a workhorse nature.

Some will, but there is crucially more to your value and attractiveness than only being willing to do a full share of the work.
