Right now I am 13 years old and have mens 14 shoes. Besides that I am quite short at 5’6”. But both of my biological grandfathers are over 6’. So right now I'm just waiting to not be so disproportionate.

There is no possible way anyone on here can answer that question. Only your doctor after a thorough examination can give you an educated guess! And it's only a guess.
Think about it, we know nothing about you! We know nothing about your medical history, the medications you're taking, your diet and exercise routine, your sleep habits, your genetic history, nothing.
Your foot size has nothing to do with your height. Neither does your grandfather's height. Genetics goes back many, many generations far beyond your parents and grandparents.

A mere few generations ago, anything larger than 12 would need custom made shoes. Nowadays, shoes are made up to size 20.
