Do you think corporations need to stay out of politics when getting involved with social issues, and only okay when giving money to?

Republican dogma says corporations are people too.  That's part of the theory about why it's OK for corporations to spend unlimited amounts in political campaigns - the Citizens United decision.   As people, Corporations have the right to have political agendas and to spend resources on them.

This is hilarious!  A video of Moscow Mitch said just the opposite, that corporations "are people" they have a right to take a stance in the discussion.  That was all over Yahoo with questions that said "Are corporations people?" Yesterday he said "corporations should stay out of politics. Mitch just says what he needs to, all depends which way the wind is blowing. He is meaningless!

It depends.

If they are acting the best interests of society, the people and the nation, nobody has a problem with that.

But if they're being partisan idiots pushing lies and stupidity, like what Coke, MLB and Delta are doing, they are simply being idiots and fools, causing only harm.

Let's face it, these woke idiots of Coke, Delta and MLB are pushing dumb lies for reasons that elude me.  Any sane reading of the election law reforms in Georgia would have disabused any sentient being from believing the stupid lies that the fools and idiots of the Democratic Party have been pushing.  Even the WaPo could not stomach the mendacity, and gave Idiot Joey 4 Pinocchios for his lies.

A reasonable person would consider the actions of these businesses to be contrary to the welfare of society and the nation.

Corporations are now people, right? So why do want to shut them up in case they have any views that make the Republicans look bad?

Corporations have always been involved in social issues.
