Does my guy friend like me?
Were 16 & were really close in school. He's always really nice to me & seems to act even more chivalrous around me (pulling out a chair for me, packing my schoolbag for me when I went to the toilet inbetween classes once & offering to bring it to my next class, insisting i go into a room first). He always tells me Im smart & that I smell good & compliments me on my coats. He remembers everything i tell him. He sometimes teases me & tells me jokingly "stop checking me out" when he takes off his hoody. He sits beside me a lot & always asks me to be his partner in GYM. He looks for any excuse to talk to me
Im not sure as we rarely text. He told me he likes this really popular girl in our grade, he rarely talks to her & she's horrible to him, in Feb. He told me he mainly cares if a girl is smart. Any idea?

This other girls treat him "horrible" but gives him attention and participation. Sounds like you just stand there.

Yeah, he probably likes you, but he hasn't told himself that he likes you yet. At first, he probably just thought of you as a friend, but then somewhere deep down, he realized that he actually did like you. He's probably just trying to figure out his own feelings first though. That sounds kind of cheesy, but I'm willing to bet that's the case.

there's a high probability he likes you, but just incase maybe you should try talking to him more or contacting him during weekend by text or facebook and see what happens!
dont try too hard, just be casual like texting a normal friend. if he likes you, it'll be more obvious or he might even confess to you sooner or later!

He could be interested but it's hard to say. If you want to know for sure, the best thing you can do is ask him yourself. Good luck.
