Do you think Oleg must be a psychopath, or is he just mentally handicapped?

Update:

Since he supports gay teens committing suicide, for example.

    Clearly a psychopath. Or someone who thinks gay people need to be fixed. Oleg's outdated, obviously wrong views should go the way of the dodo and the passenger pigeon. Extinct.

    No, he's Russian Orthodox, and believes that prayer can "fix" that kind of thing.

    I didn't seem him saying to let anyone commit suicide...though I don't agree with his opinion on the matter.

    Personally, I think God's Kingdom is just as open to gays as anyone else.
