this is a tough one. well the frist thing yo can do is unplug it. if that dose not work put it somewhere else that would be less distracting. if those dont work then go some place that dose not have and computers. if all else fails go to school and ask a teacher to help you study.

Study at the library. Set aside one or two hours each time you need to study and just go to the campus library where you have no choice.

1)shutdown computer and unplug.
2)hide your mouse
3)chain angry doberman to computer with raw meat around neck.
