How can I get rid of static electricity on my clothes in winter?

Static gaurd works wonders too. If you never heard of it, it comes in a can and you spray your clothes with it. For sale at a store near you :O)

And, if you forget those, at our office, we rub a generous amount of hand lotion onto our hands, and then rub our hands right over our panty hose (because the static is usually with a skirt, or sometimes slacks). The lotion really works in a pinch.

Extra Fabric Softner.. keep a Fabric Softner Sheet in each drawer, you can even rub your clothes with the individual sheets to help.
