Can Bush be impeached over Wiretapping scandal?

Don't beleive all the hype you read.

I don't like it either, but you have to look at the facts:

1. He was well within the limits of his Presidential power to do so.

2. He was authorized by Congress to do so.

3. Congress knew full well that this was being done. They'd have a hard time making a case when it could be shown that they knew what was happening and did nothing about it.

If you don't like the above, then maybe it's time to look past the two party system and towards a party that will protect our constitutional rights. Libertarian or Constitution Party comes to mind.

One more thing: I heard of this being in place well before 9/11. I remember reading in 1995 that the NSA was doing this. Just goes to show you that the two major parties are more alike than different!

Heck yeah, he could and should be but wont be! And no Democrat(or many republicans that im aware) was told Bush was doing this without a judges order. You will hear alot of republican lies! Guess its wiping off from their horrible leader! And yes if people wake up there will be fewer republicans in congress!

in theory, yes. not likely even under the best of circumstances and probably impossible while the reps hold the house and senate.

any president can be impeached as long as you can prove they did something unconstitional, or in voilation of the oath of office.....???????
