That is akin to asking why people who are allergic to oranges need Vitimine C.
Just because someone doesn't like to eat meat, and also doesn't like to put the toxins that are in most modern day meants into their body, doesn't mean that they should because they themselves are made of meat.
Do a bit of research and then reevaulate your question.
