Use Window Washer. Its a great utility that keeps your window running smooth and takes care of all unwanted files and cookies.

    Open your start menu...

    Open "Run..."

    Type "inetcpl.cpl"and click OK...

On the "General" tab under "Temporary Internet files"

Choose "delete cookies" an then "delete files"

You are supposed to go into your cookie file and save the ones you want to keep first.
