How come so many people don't know how to delete their search history?
This has got to be the most popular question on here. Can't we just post the answer at the top of the screen and then people will quit asking it?

I think that when you ask this question or "Why is the sky blue?" or any of the other questions which are asked a hundred times a day your browser should immediately link you to an archive of answers to these questions.
And you should lose 10 points.
And get a fine.
And the internet police should come to your house.

no, that is not the most frequently asked question here. I think its "What is the meaning of life? " , though that can not be verified.
As for a lot of people asking that , I think thats because they don't want others who share their computer with others to see what they browsed. So, they go for that, but do not know or are lazy to do a search for this question before they ask that.
However, putting that at that top of the screen of yahoo answers would not be appropriate. they would look completely out of place.

That's what I'm saying. Yahoo should have a service that gives people possible answers to their question (from resolved questions) before it let's them post it. I think that might eliminate some of the redundant questions.
People are too lazy to search for the answer when they can just ask and be told.

The real question should be what are these people so afriad of if someone reads their search history.
