eventhough i do receive mails from others,i couldn't sent means i am getting the message from the rediff that ur mail has been sent,but really no mail received from my mail ID.my friends told and i checked my self

There should be no reason why you can't send messages.
I think you should write to the rediff help team and ask them why this is happening.
I would suggest trying a few more times though.
