How long after a flu?

How long after flu symtoms have ended are you still able to transmit the "bug" to another?

    Most healthy adults may be able to infect others beginning 1 day before symptoms develop and up to 5 days after becoming sick.

    I think you stop being contageouse before your flu symptoms stop.
