What is the best portable DVD player for travel - especially on long-haul flights?

Overall weight (incl x-batteries), duration of play and size are all important criteria.

    I have the Panasonic LS50. The battery lasts 10 hours, it's a nice small unit. There's a few ounces of additional weight because of the battery, but it works really well. Plays CDs, too. The LS55 is good, too.

    I've flown to Europe from California, watching movies all the way. Just be sure to bring a voltage converter along with your charger.

    A panosonic will do you fine...from walmart trust me you can use it to play football or throw at your homies head (when they act foolish).....And trust me it will work...oh yeah..make sure you have some DURACELL batteries......meowwwwww baby
