Go to http://www.google.com/ and search under web: "an huge list of proxy bypassers". The first listing should be exactly what you typed in. It should bring you to a branch of digg.com. Click on "an huge list of proxy bypassers" and it will bring you to a black page with tons and tons of sites.
We use the "Websense" blocker at my school, and the ponly one we know that works is:
https://www.secure-tunnel.com/SafeBar/safebar.cgi/
It doesn't log on to Myspace.com though.
