I have been in the industry for over 7years. The best way is to hit the bricks. I would contact Real Estate agents and let them know you are out there. Also you can run ad's for purchase business and order lists for re-fi business. It is not easy but it is simple. Good luck

Very carefully! Go to work for a broker then try for your Real Estate license.
