Does anyone know of a nice small laid back dealership in north Dallas, TX?
I will be moving to the north Dallas suburbs soon and want to work at a small friendly dealer that is not a high pressure house. Anyone ever bought a car from or work at a great little dealership where the customer comes first, not the gross? Please no answers saying there is no such place. I worked at a place in Dayton that was great and a place outside of Minneapolis that was fun. Any suggestions? Thanks

I have created a newsletter that a broker can send to his/her clients. It is part of a client retention strategy. Four quarterly newsletters written in the brokers voice.

2 AnswersPolitics2 decades agoWhat is the mortgage industry average yield spread?
I am a mortgage loan originator and am setting up a marketing plan with some preferred customers. I am waiving my standard 1% origination fee and want to convince my prospects that I will not attempt to make that percent up in yeild spread. So I need some documentation that proves my usual 2% on the back is well within industry norms. Anyone know where to find this kind of info?
